Toolboxes Part One

This is going to be the right side lid! It will match the skirting of the bed.

Closing in the end of the lid - tacked in place

Completed lid for the right side!  Now to make the base.

This is the base for the right side lid to sit on.

Placing the right side lid on the base to check for fit!

Now to do the left side toolbox. The lid put together with the end caps.

Measuring out the lip for the left side lid.

Tacking it all in place!

And there you have it!  The toolboxes in place!

Installing the Air Bags and Lights

Making the Lead box and Placing machine on bed!

This is the beginning of the hole for the diesel input (the gas hole)

Continuing the cutting for the hole

And there you have it!  Now to drill the small screw holes to attach the diesel hose!

And there it is!!

Here, Jason is welding up the bottom for the lead box

Later it will be hit with the grinder to make it look nice!

Now to cut out the opening for the lead box

Here you have the initial cut out, next he will fine tune it

And there you have it!  The lead box is complete!!

Taking a little time for a beer break!!

Jason put the welding machine on the bed to see how it fit!  And with just a minor adjustment it fit perfectly with a little help from Alex Moses!!
