This is the beginning of the hole for the diesel input (the gas hole)

Continuing the cutting for the hole

And there you have it!  Now to drill the small screw holes to attach the diesel hose!

And there it is!!

Here, Jason is welding up the bottom for the lead box

These are pictures of the upside down welding to get the lead box closed up

Later it will be hit with the grinder to make it look nice!

Now to cut out the opening for the lead box

Here you have the initial cut out, next he will fine tune it

And there you have it!  The lead box is complete!!

Taking a little time for a beer break!!

Jason put the welding machine on the bed to see how it fit!  And with just a minor adjustment it fit perfectly with a little help from Alex Moses!!

And there you have it!! Good job Jason!!

Completing the Skirting of New Bed!

Starting the left side of the skirting!

Continuing down the left side.  The extra length will be cut off later!

Here you see the long side piece tacked in place!

The long side piece has been cut to size and the back corner has been cut to accommodate the corner skirting.

The back corner skirting has been tacked in place and will be cut to fit later!

Now Jason is cutting the right side skirting to length.

And as you can see the back right corner has been cut to accept the back corner skirting!

Both corner skirting pieces are now tacked in place!

Time to prepare the final piece of the skirting!  Hopefully it will fit right in place!

And it fit perfectly!!  Jason is now tacking the final piece of the skirting in place!

Doesn't it look GREAT!!  From a design in his mind to reality!!  Great Job Jason!!

Here's an arial view! Notice the smooth joints on the corners!

And now he has the supervisor's approval too!!
